No Returns Policy for Downloadable Content

At Fablelity Shop, all purchases are delivered as downloadable digital content. Because digital files are immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the content has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Final Sale
All digital purchases are final. Once a download link has been issued or the file has been accessed, the sale is complete. Please review all product details — including file formats and system requirements — carefully before purchasing.
2. Technical Delivery Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchased file (for example, a broken download link, a corrupted file, or a delivery failure), we are here to help. These narrow steps apply:
- Contact us at christian@fablelity.com within 7 days of your purchase date.
- Include your order number and a description of the technical issue.
- We will investigate and, where the issue is on our end, either re-issue the download link or provide a corrected file.
- Technical assistance does not constitute a right to a refund or exchange; it is limited to resolving verified delivery failures.
3. Exceptions
No exceptions to this policy exist beyond verified technical delivery failures as described above. We do not accept returns based on change of mind, incompatibility with third-party software, or dissatisfaction with artistic content that was accurately described in the product listing.
