At Deluxus Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items within 14 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
2.1. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at christian@deluxusstudio.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package you are returning.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team.
2.2. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds
3.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days.
3.3. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item(s) minus any applicable shipping charges.
4. Exchanges
4.1. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at christian@deluxusstudio.com to initiate the exchange process.
4.2. Exchanged items will be shipped to you after the original item is received and inspected.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
5.1. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at christian@deluxusstudio.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
5.2. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and upon receipt, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement item, as per your preference.
